And, at one institution of higher education in particular, The Ohio University in Athens, Ohio... Well, it’s said to be one of the most haunted campuses in the world. But, perhaps, one of the darkest urban legends lies within the walls of a dormitory on campus, specifically Room 428 of Wilson Hall, which has officially been sealed off to any residents living inside the building.
