Chronicles Volume 7: End the Stigma

In this volume, we are breaking down the stigma surrounding mental illness in the black community.  The focus for this week is emotional abuse and childhood traumas. It may seem like such a dark topic to focus on but it’s something that doesn’t get much attention. I was going back and forth with this volume but i know if you are listening to this you either know someone or are someone who has experienced emotional abuse. 🦋
