Chronicles Volume 9: Making Mistakes: You Live and You Learn
from The Chronicles of an Introverted Black Woman · host Jeanette Hendrix
In today’s volume, we are talking about mistakes. Each of us makes them but what we do with them is the important part. We have to be willing to learn from each mistake we make. I’m sure you try your best to avoid making mistakes but it happens and you have to learn how to embrace them. It starts with your mindset! Each mistake is a lesson and you shouldn’t beat yourself up for it. Continue to move forward and use those mistakes as motivation. I will also talk about being a single mother. Now, this is not a mistake for me but for many single mothers they beat themselves up for bringing a child into a world where they are doing it alone and you can’t do that. Your child is not a mistake and the way life turned out isn't either. You have to get up, dust your shoulders off and be that superwoman for your children. Lastly, I will talk about toxic relationships and why you shouldn’t beat yourself up for staying in one for too long. You make mistakes and you live and you learn.
