He reconciles with Esau, but later his sons Simeon and Levi massacre Shechem's city to avenge their sister Dinah.- Mark 3:7-12 / Luke 6:17-19: Crowds press around Jesus by the sea for healing and exorcism; unclean spirits recognize and declare him the Son of God before he silences them.- Mark 3:13-19 / Luke 6:12-16: Jesus spends the night in prayer then selects twelve apostles from his followers to preach, heal, and cast out demons, naming them including Judas Iscariot.
