任何的困難與煩惱都有原因，正因為一定有原因，所以必有解決的辦法。因此，遠離困難與煩惱是可行、可及的事。人生當中的任何挑戰，絕對不是人生的「困境」，只是當前的「處境」。「處境」是不斷改變的歷程，而「困境」則是不知現實緣起的無奈心境。如果我們能夠用智慧來看，經由對問題原因的明見，透過消除或改變形成問題的原因，困難即可消除或改變。因此，困難就是我們的處境，而不是困境了。
