《楚王好细腰》昔者楚灵王好士细腰，故灵王之臣皆以一饭为节，胁息然后带，扶墙然后起。比期年，朝有黧黑之色。（选自《墨子·兼爱中》）【译文】从前，楚灵王喜欢读书人有纤细的腰身，所以朝中的一班大臣，惟恐自己腰肥体胖，失去宠信，因而不敢多吃，每天都是吃一顿饭用来节制自己的腰身。（每天起床后，整装时）先屏住呼吸，然后把腰带束紧，扶着墙壁站起来。等到第二年，满朝文武官员脸色都是黑黄黑黄的了。请大家欣赏！希望大家喜欢多多支持，谢谢收听！
