何世禮將軍主動放棄英國國籍，做堂堂正正中國人。他先後在英國，法國和美國軍事學院學習。學成歸來，求見中國東北少帥張學良將軍，獲得重用。西安事變後，被監視去職。八年抗戰期間，何世禮重獲重用。1959年，他被晉升為陸軍二級上將。1962年，他辭退軍職，回港繼承父業。1998年，何將軍于香港逝世，享壽92歲。
