In Ephesians 4:11–16, this sermon explores why no local church is meant to exist in isolation. Christ gives gifts not simply for personal fulfilment or the growth of one congregation, but for the strengthening of His whole church. As Paul describes believers growing together into maturity, we’re challenged to see external partnerships, shared ministry, and mutual dependence as theological necessities rather than optional extras. This message invites Christians to embrace both the responsibility and privilege of serving beyond themselves for the unity and health of Christ’s body.
