Plus, The plaintiff says the defendant is her cousin, and he’s a party promoter with a lot of women claiming they’re pregnant with his child. She’s suing him because he hasn’t repaid her for investing in one of his parties. The defendant insists he’s not a ladies’man. He says a shooting took place at the party in question and the venue didn’t pay him. He’s countersuing for defamation. More, The plaintiff says he doesn’t know the defendant, but he claims the defendant’s teenage son ran over his mailbox in the middle of the night. He’s suing for the property damage. The defendant says she’s a single mother of three, and her son has been acting out and was arrested and expelled.
