About 10 members of Peace United Methodist Church in Pipestone gathered at a home on Main Street in Pipestone the morning of Aug. 10 to address nuisance conditions on the property. Tom Walker, a member of the church’s mission committee, said the committee selected the property from a list of properties provided by Pipestone Community Development Director Justin Schroyer. Schroyer said the owner, who requested that their name not be published, had reached out to him looking for assistance. Walker said the committee planned to work on the house in two stages.
