Church Volunteer Spotlight #1: David & Angie Pelagio

Congratulations to our first Church Spotlight Volunteers, David and Angie from Word International Ministries!Angie and David are quietly behind the scenes, never seeking acknowledgements for all they do. Even though they actually live away from the church, they are almost always the ones making sure the church is clean, safe, organized, and set up for church services or any other type of special event. During our annual family camp, Angie is involved in every aspect of preparing, cooking, and cleanup of all the meals. We are a relatively small church, l certainly, and am sure most of the other members kind of take for granted all that they do. There have been times when we, as a congregation, have tried to show our appreciation, and acknowledgement of their efforts, but they are so humble, and really don't seem to want that attention. I feel they really serve for the Lord, and not for the notice of man, and we as a church are truly blessed by them.Nominated by: CJ Neillie
