Churning the seas: India-China strategic competition and what it means for Australia

On 24 June 2013, Lowy Institute nonresident fellow C Raja Mohan addressed the Perth USAsia Centre on the complex, three-way strategic relationship between India, China and the US. With Lowy Institute colleague Rory Medcalf, Dr Mohan also looked at how Australia can help to manage security tensions and maritime cooperation in the Indian Ocean and the wider Indo-Pacific region.
