Cicada Dreaming

Azillanet, France. When cicadas's sleep after a day or relentless shaking, a portal to a new form of listening is revealed. In their collective dreaming, the sounds of the village re-emerge transformed, as a sonic tapestry that bears witness to the deeply oneiric nature of the real. A collective piece by Caleb Lopez, Cheol Min Lee, Emilio Tamburini, Joel Supple, Julie Pfleiderer, Katharina Smets, Ngoc Bui, Silvia Turchin, and Siska Vandecasteele. With the participation of the inhabitants of Azillanet, especially André, Arlette, François, Georges, Hélène, Inês & Lisa, Marie, Michel & Véro, Nico, Raph and Stéphane.
