American Mortgage Service Company started its operations at the Gwynne Building in downtown Cincinnati on July 9th, 1975. Emil and Elvera Bergdolt founded American Mortgage Service Company in an effort to help individuals realize the dream of home ownership by working with a reputable, honest and family based company. In 1990, Ed Wolterman became part owner of the American Mortgage Service Company when he partnered with the Bergdolts. In October 1991, Emil Bergdolt passed away, leaving Ed to manage the company. Elvera is still a shareholder in the company today. In February of 2001, Bill Case joined American Mortgage after 14 years with a regional bank. He became Executive Vice President in 2002 and then President and CEO in April of 2010. Mr. Case joined the ownership group in 2008. The show streamed on Friday February 1st at 4 PM.
