We go behind the scenes on the new Apple TV+ TV series Foundation with cinematographer Tico Poulakakis CSC. He describes his lighting technique, the camera and lens package used and the visual language of the show. Tico also goes on to discuss the key relationship between DoP and Production Designer, the use of practical sets and the challenges of shooting during the pandemic.
