There’s a few classic scenes, and few of Kathy’s favorite “Cranky Spock” moments, and a few “first and onlys” but does it live up to the quality of other Trek episodes? The episode itself is a bit of an anomaly in a few ways, but despite our misgivings about the plot and style of it, we still think it’s worth a watch, because, as we’ve said before, ALL episodes of Star Trek have something that makes them special.
