CIP 034 Ted Galpin on the Problem with Competitive Intelligence

In this episode I interview Ted Galpin, a fellow CI practitioner who blogs at http://strategicscience.org.  We talk about Ted's recent blog entry "The Problem with Competitive Intelligence." Ted explains the gulf that exists between the typical CI practitioner's mindset and that of the executives we're working to inform and support.  Bridging this gulf, Ted advises, is the key to improving the efficacy (and employability) of CI practitioners.  Ted offers specific advice on CI professionals can go about building those critical bridges.
