Cisco & Tim Take Over California!

Cisca Nira, co founder of the HTX Bike Fest and certified personal trainer & Tim Blakey, a 29 year bike messenger veteran, are riding their bikes down the coast of California in August. This is one more adventure to be checked off of their bucket list and they could use our help. I sit down with these two at OSO Coffee co in Houston’s East End and we talk about their crazy rides, the Tour de France, Lance Armstrong, and the benefits of butt butter for cyclists. Enjoy!
