Citizens Corner: Understanding the RDP process

For our Citizens Corner this morning we look at the process of applying for a RDP house and the laws around it. This was sparked by a call we received from Norah in Heidelberg on the open line with KG Moeketsi. They we given free stands and promised building plans also for free.
