Citizens encouraged to be election observers

Civil society organisation, Groundwork Collective, is calling on South Africans to play their part in the upcoming local government elections as election observers. It's running the Protect Our Democracy Independent Election Observer Programme, and trying to find 7-thousand patriotic South Africans to volunteer as independent election observers on the 4th of November.
