During my recording of Pt I my parents were at the LESCO office...so part II will tell you what happened there and as I get more development on the rest of my complaints I shall bring out more parts. The government's incompetence, the state making us pay instead of the people they have failed to collect taxes from or failed to collect bills from...all is being highlighted.This is abuse of authority.This is State Corruption.Conclusion: Nothing has changed.
