Cito featuring Suigeneris: Stay consistent / creativity takes practice

This week's guest brought a surprise guest. Cito AKA Cito on the Beat is a producer on the rise. He already has tracks with some of today's biggest names: YG, TyDollaSign, Kevin Gates, Lil Skies, Troy Ave, Tory Lanez, Cardi B. And he's only just begun. Cito came through the studio and brought his artist Suigeneris aka Suie, a 16 year old trap rapper from San Jose. Suie's first single, "Now" features Lil Skies and he's quickly joining a new generation of artists who release music rapid fire for our streaming pleasure. They gave me some great insight into a what it means to be an artist or producer in 2019 and beyond. For some of us old folks it's easy to sit on the sidelines and compain about how nobody makes good music anymore, but hearing from these guys about what they're going through is illuminating for real.
