City College of San Francisco Accreditation Crisis - Part Four of Four Parts

This is Part Four of a Four-Part series focused on the Accreditation of City College of San Francisco. This four-part series attempts to provide listeners with Nine different interviews and points of view from the various Voices of City College of San Francisco and the community. The Part Four show features these voices of the community who provide their insights into the accreditation crisis, financial management, faculty union, ACCJC, and a student's perspective. In this episode, we feature the voices of: City College of San Francisco Board of Trustee member – Steve No and President of the American Federation of Teacher’s Union 2121 Timothy Killikelly as well as City College of San Francisco student David Webb Throughout the Four-part series, I have asked each guest what would be the best outcomes of the Accreditation Crisis. It appears from the 12 different points of views in the series that City College of San Francisco is at a turning point. It could become a smaller institution offering fewer classes and operations or it could work on growing its way back to a community resource enabling community members to access education. The future of City College of San Francisco requires the engagement of the community along with the administration, faculty, students as well as local and government officials.
