REGULAR MEETING OF THE MIDLAND CITY COUNCIL May 10, 2021 7:00 PM AGENDA CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG ROLL CALL - Steve Arnosky Diane Brown Wilhelm Maureen Donker Pamela Hall Marty A. Wazbinski CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE STATEMENT CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTING CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the "Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated." If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 1. * Approve minutes of the April 26 regular City Council meeting. ARMSTRONG PUBLIC HEARINGS: 2. Public Hearing on the 2021-22 proposed budget (also see material sent in the April 12 agenda packet). KEENAN PUBLIC COMMENTS, IF ANY, BEFORE CITY COUNCIL. This is an opportunity for people to address the City Council on issues that are relevant to Council business but are not on the agenda. RESOLUTIONS: 3. * M-20 Bridge Mural Project. KAYE 4. * SMMWSC – Budget for Capital Improvements. SCHWARZ 5. * Approval of tentative agreement with Midland Municipal Supervisory Employees Association. STONE Considering purchases and contracts: 6. * 2021 Intersection Pavement Markings. BJORGE 7. * Change Order No. 2 for Central Park Pickleball Courts. MURPHY 8. * Change Order No. 3 for the Central Park Miracle Field Project. MURPHY 9. * Riverside Place commercial kitchen equipment, walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler. MURSCHEL 10. * Wastewater Treatment Plant Roof Replacement Phase 3. SMITH NEW BUSINESS: 11. Board and Commission Appointment Interview Panels. DONKER 12. Board and Commission Term Limits Discussion.
