City of Prescott to Consider New City Court Fees in August

Send us a text and chime in!The Prescott City Council will consider adopting two new City Court fees during its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2026, at 3 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Prescott City Hall, located at 201 N. Montezuma Street. The proposed fees include: City Court Capital Construction Fee: City Court Sustainability Fee: If approved, the fees would be added to the Prescott City Code as Sections 2-7-7 and 2-7-8.
