City Set to Smash Record for Fernandez | Chelsea F.C. News

Manchester City is set to smash British transfer records with a £125 million bid for Enzo Fernandez, a move that’s been months in the making after Chelsea’s deadline passed. The Argentine star, who reportedly wanted out and wasn’t even in recent squads under Xabi Alonso, is now poised to reunite with manager Enzo Maresca — their successful partnership at Chelsea resurfacing as a key draw. With Liverpool’s Isak deal as a benchmark, this blockbuster signing signals City’s serious intent for the season, while also highlighting how inflated the modern transfer market has become. Official paperwork remains pending, but all signs point to a done deal. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
