Lack of adequate an secure pay, lack of health insurance, sick pay, vacation pay (a health issue), and greater exposure of workers to COVID 19, stress of racist inequality, dangerous jobs, and discrimination in health care treatment have long been documented as issues behind shorter life spans and more deaths.
