They want $300 cash, so you have 6 50-dollar bills with you when you get pulled over by a state trooper for a busted tail light. The officer asked how much cash you have and you tell him how much and why. With civil asset forfeiture laws in West Virginia, the trooper could take your cash and anything else he deems necessary even though you haven't been chared with a crime.
