CJ Ashford

If you’ve been watching the BIG3 since 2017, you’ve probably seen CJ Ashford roaming the 3 Headed Monsters bench. Whether it’s as an assistant coach, GM, recruiter, Ashford has been instrumental in 3 Headed Monsters’ success over the first six seasons. We get into his coaching background, how he got involved with the BIG3, his training days with his cousin/NBA Most Improved Player Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf, and why he’s excited for Summer ’24.
