Last time on Crown of the Kobold King, our heroes tussled with a shadow creature. Rootmoore was hit with a horrible attack that left him physically weakened with Enfeebled 4. His own shadow then pulled itself away and became another adversary! The situation started to look bleak, with Monet and Edwin Singsong also taking massive hits. Following his instructions, Ed ran from the encounter, and Scarab started to chase after him. Finally, Rootmoore was able to take down the last shadow with Divine Lance.
