Last time on Crown of the Kobold King, our heroes fell down a well because a mysterious man showed up and decided to sabotage the plan. Scarab shot and killed a large frog and Rootmoore broke Monet’s fall, and everyone came out relatively unscathed. Surprising no one, the kobolds began to flee in different directions. While checking a store room, our party encountered a strange other-worldly creature that Monet affectionately named “Rick”. Our group then thwarted an ambush by kobolds with the help of "Rick”.
