CL168 Series Part 4: Mended for Ministry

This week, we're continuing our CL168 series, learning how we can leverage the one hour we spend in church together to prepare us for the other 167 hours of the week. We must become a church that moves the needle on the work of the Kingdom every hour of the week — not just during our services on Sundays. To do this, the leaders of the church are called to train and equip, but because we don’t fully understand what this means, we often fail to do it properly. This leads to people getting hurt and deciding that they don't ever want to serve again. They suffer because they never find out what God has created, called and gifted them to do. If we're going to be a 168-hour church, we need to examine what the Word says about this topic, so we can do better.
