Claire Byrne: Moving Through Heartbreak & The Transformational Nature of Getting Dumped

from Fiercely Human

Claire Byrne is a heartbreak coach. After hitting rock bottom after a toxic relationship between herself and the person she thought she would be with forever, Claire set out to heal herself through yoga and self-care, but it wasn't until she did the deep transformational work that she realized her self-responsibility in the relationships she continued to find herself in. She came out the other side stronger and more empowered than ever, becoming the person for herself that she was searching for in a partner. Her pain became her purpose (as it tends to do) and she now helps people to move through their heartache, fall in love with themselves and create powerfully in attracting their ideal partner and in their lives. She's badass. Beth Clayton (your host) is a soul-based health & life coach and loves to help open-hearted people break free from their own self-sabotage, outdated thought patterns, and past pain so they can deepen their relationship with their own soul's intuition, speak their truth courageously and fulfill their most authentic desires. She is the creator of multiple group programs, retreats, and transformational workshops, leading hundreds of truth-seekers toward finding freedom and ease in their relationship with food, their bodies, their lives and ultimately, themselves. In this episode, I jive with Claire about: The difference between clean pain and dirty pain Why thoughts, not circumstances, create suffering How we "hustle for worthiness" in romantic (and other) relationships The importance of grieving what was so you can be present with what is The transformational nature of "letting go" of needing relationships The beautiful duality of shame and desire to be fully seen How establishing our boundaries will piss people off and why that is okay How to tell when you are in a relationship with a narcissistic sociopath Claire journey from rock bottom in a toxic relationship to helping others heal their hearts, minds, and relationships with themselves You can find Claire at: How to Stop Wanting Him Back (podcast) Claire Byrne Coaching Instagram @cleairetheheartbreakcoach You can find Beth at: @bethclaytoncoach on Instagram www.soulbodylife.com Grab your free e-book, "The Secrets in Your Sabotage" at www.soulbodylife.com/free-stuff Beth's TedX RIGHT HERE.
