For this week's episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with my dear friend Clare Donald. She's sharp, empathic,  and one of the most grounded people I've had the pleasure of working with. After a hugely successful career across production and operations, most recently as head of production at Publicis, she took a sabbatical in 2024 to pursue a long held passion for humanitarian work.
