Clare Fitness Instructor Cycling From West Of Ireland To Newcastle United's St James' Park Stadium For Charity

Jonathon Hickey, founder of Built by JH Fitness, is preparing to cycle an incredible 750 kilometres from the west of Ireland to Newcastle United's famous St James' Park this July and August.  The fundraiser aims to support two worthy causes, Féileacáin, which provides support to families affected by baby loss, and Grow Mental Health.   Jonathon joined Alan Morrissey to tell us about the journey ahead, the motivation behind it, and how people can get involved and support the cause.  Image (c) Jonathon Hickey via Facebook
