Clare-Led Band Eirfoyl Tour Profits To Support Earthquake Relief In Japan

Alan Morrissey's guests have travelled a long way to perform for audiences here in Ireland.   EirFoyl is an international pop-rock band based in Kumamoto, Japan, with members from Clare, Japan, the Netherlands and the United States.    Fronted by Mountshannon native Bobby McMahon, the band is currently on its first European tour, with a special homecoming performance at the Scariff Harbour Festival.   But this tour is about more than just music, with all profits going to support families affected by the recent devastating earthquake in Japan.   Joining Alan were three members of EirFoyl – Bobby McMahon, Edwin Huits, and Jim Lewis.
