Clare Real Estate Agent Claims It's "One Of The Best Times" To Sell A House

A Clare real estate agent claims it's one of the best times to be selling a house in this county. The latest national survey conducted by Real Estate Alliance shows the price of the average second-hand three-bed semi-detached home in Clare has rise by almost 5% to €325,000 in the last year. There's been no change in the average price of a home here between March and June however. Liam Browne of REA Paddy Browne in Ennis says while sellers are fetching high prices for properties, upsizing is difficult.
