Where IS he, by the way? There's a strain of smug dismissivism on the right when it comes to the struggles of the marginalized, and a social media post two days ago sort of exemplified that. After ⁠hearing Deion Patterson's mother crying out to local media⁠ that her son needed - and sought - help for his mental illness, it just got me to thinking about the struggles we ALL face with mental wellness challenges from time to time - myself included.
