Sometimes you are not unmotivated. You are overwhelmed because you do not know what needs your attention first. Separate working in your business from working on it, then identify the one thing that would make the biggest difference right now. Clarity creates momentum. A better consultation does not start with better questions. It starts with a better relationship. Know your client’s name. Sit down. Listen. Build trust before trying to educate, recommend or sell. Because skin is attached to a person, and understanding that person changes the treatment. Do not rebuild your menu because social media tells you to. First decide who you actually want to serve. Then create the treatments, pricing and experience around what that client genuinely needs. A smaller, clearer menu can often be far more powerful than constantly adding more.
