Mike and Heather head back to school to take a lesson in MURDER. Its the dark dismal future of 1999 and teenage gangs have taken over great tracts of land and entire neighborhoods are forsaken by the police. School is back in session as the department of educational defense has employed Stacy Keach and his cybernetic eyes and albino rat tail, to send in the best military kill bots in disguise as teachers to bring the children in line, one of which is Pam Grier for some reason. More of a sci-fi film this does have some horror elements with its occasional resemblance to Terminator and the kill count certainly doesn’t hurt.
