This segment of Ron Ananian, The Car Doctor finds Ron talking about the importance of getting good vehicle information in order to repair cars. This leads Ron to welcome back  a return guest, Paul Marshall of Alldata Information Systems to talk about the latest and greatest for 2014. But its not just a look back; its about the numbers; they talk about the overall size and scope of what it takes to produce repair info by 2014 standards; you can only imagine how it has grown in the past 10 years. They also discuss Alldata DIY information as this was the year of its launch. Ron then opens the phones to talk with Pat from Illinois with problems in his 2003 GMC Envoy. He has temp gauge issues and his shop has replaced multiple parts all to no avail. Ron helps nudge the repair in the right direction.
