The wife of Henry Hughes accuses him of being unfaithful. He has been seeing another woman, but it's part of his job for the Gestapo!Then Mr. District Attorney starring David Brian, originally broadcast December 14, 1952, 71 years ago, The Man Who Confessed. A couple of burglars kill a victim, then plead guilty to another much lesser crime that took place at the same time.Followed by Philo Vance starring Jackson Beck, originally broadcast December 14, 1948, 75 years ago, The Murdock Murder Case. A horse trainer is murdered and a jockey answers questions on a radio quiz show. An exercise boy is then killed as Vance is determined that the killer doesn't win, place or show. Finally The Adventures of Jungle Jim, originally broadcast December 14, 1935, 88 years ago, The Bat Woman. Kolu explains why his ancestors used to eat human flesh. "The Bat Woman" uses the "jungle third degree;" Lyn defends herself and kills Loki.
