This is an episode, exposing all the extra time that individuals have in the day. Is also about having triggers to encourage us to do the important things first and reward ourselves later. Sounds like delayed gratification. The majority of us, especially young people look for the reward first and then do the work with whatever energy and time is left. This is an encouragement to use the reward after you have done something productive.
