Claude is a noted author of three books and scores of articles related to early reading with special emphasis on literacy and English Learners.  He's been on the editorial boards of various literacy, academic, and professional journals. Claude is not only a distinguished expert in the field of education, but a former classroom teacher and an all-around great guy who's passionate and dedicated to this work.
