Claudia shares that you are never too old to get sober - she started her recovery journey at 50.Claudia didn’t have alcoholic parents, she came from a comfortable family and always had good grades, was thoughtful of others and sometimes a shy girl. But at 26 she found herself divorced without the confidence or emotional sobriety she needed and was navigating life half-heartedly - looking for people, places and things to bring her back security. She started dealing with daily life with a drink.
