Claudio Stellato: I need chaos in the creation

Claudio Stellato is a multidisciplinary artist. He started his artistic career as a jazz musician in Milan while working as a street artist. Then he travelled and trained for several years in theatre and circus in different countries. In February 2022 at the Cirkopolis festival he presented one of his project called Work, a physical performance where every physical effort is pushed to the limit of exhaustion and leads to an absurd result. In autumne 2022 Claudio Stellato is back in Prague as a leader of the Circus Next Laboratory organised by Cirqueon center for contemporary circus. What should be the content of a circus laboratory in the 21st century? What does the circus tradition mean to young circus performers and to what extent does the circus become just a concept?
