Hola apasionados del taekwondo, nuestro entrevistado de hoy es una muestra de que cuando tenemos un sueño lo primero que tenemos que hacer es atrevernos a ir en su búsqueda.No importa si dejamos de entrenar muchos años o si ya no estamos en la edad “ideal” para competir.Claudio Trujillo es un profesor de Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz. Comenzó en el deporte muy pequeño, primero practicando natación y más adelante taekwondo.El taekwondo le gustó tanto que más adelante podría representar a su estado e incluso estuvo en un proceso para el Campeonato Mundial de Poomsae muy cerca de representar a México en esas competencias.Se quedó muy cerca… cómo puede pasar cuando uno es joven, Claudio dejó de entrenar para enfocarse en sus estudios universitarios y luego en el trabajo.Con el tiempo se fue involucrando más en un estilo de vida poco saludable.Hasta que tuvo una experiencia desagradable que lo convenció de que tenía que hacer un cambio de vida drástico.Así volvió a la práctica del taekwondo y no solo a eso, también volvió al mundo competitivo aunque ya a una edad mucho mayor que la mayoría de los competidores.Eso no lo ha detenido y tiene sus objetivos muy claros, si en el pasado se quedó cerca del mundial. Ahora quiere asistir a un mundial representando a México en la categoría U40.Claudio es además un joven muy activo con la sociedad, es Consejero Nacional del Deporte para una AC Nacional, ganó el premio Youth Awards por su labor social, ha sido actor, conferencista y se ha involucrado en la política juvenil.
