CLC Sermon 7-31-16

from Christ Lutheran Church · host Christ Lutheran Church of Alamo Heights - San Antonio

Our Gospel today comes from Luke's Chapter 12, discussing family inheritance. Jesus told the people, be on guard for greed. Life is not in the abundance of possessions, he said. Pastor Leslie talks about this reading and wonders, what possessions do you value? Are they for yourself, or do those prized possessions come from a relationship with another. The two, Pastor Leslie conveyed, or quite different.
