Clean energy groups file complaint against state of Utah over nuclear power

from KSL's Inside Sources

This morning, a Utah advocacy group filed an official complaint with the Federal Trade Commission against the state of Utah. The complaint says that the Utah Office of Energy Development engaged in false and deceptive advertising about nuclear energy. The group HEAL Utah -- along with several other groups -- says that the state's ads that make claims about nuclear energy and things like bananas are blatantly false, and they want the FTC to step in.
