Clean Tongue, Clean Heart

*Preaching begins at 36:10* There was a day when parents in my childhood neighborhood would all perform a cleansing routine not acceptable in 2023. When a child would use words deemed inappropriate by society, they would cleanse the mouth of said dirty words by applying Dial soap to the area of filth. This was not only performed by my own parents, but if I was caught by other parents, they had permission to perform the cleansing routine on me as well. To this day I refuse to use Dial soap out of fear it might trigger past trauma, though it did change me. (Pastor Andy)
